Our ethos
My name is Stephen Hendren and I’m the Managing Director of Well Presented. I’d just like to take a few moments of your time to talk to you about the ideas that led me to create our company and why I believe they can help you.
The idea of being Well Presented stretches way beyond just dressing stylishly. The ethos of being Well Presented is best described as being well dressed on the inside.
You are probably aware of the concept of look good, feel good. You know yourself that when you have on your best going out clothes or your favourite suit or lucky socks, whatever works for you, then you feel great
The reverse is also true. Feel good, look good. When you feel good on the inside it shines on the outside. You stand up straighter, breathe more easily and become more relaxed. The people we communicate with pick up on all those signals whether they are conscious of it or not.
How would it be to feel that way all the time? How would it feel to have that air of confidence whenever you need it? Can you see yourself delivering that great speech or managing that team with ease?
Well, what we are all about is giving you that feeling by teaching you the skills that you need to communicate excellently.
We want you to have that feeling of confidence by being well dressed on the inside, having the knowledge that you can handle your given situation with grace and ease because you have learned the skills to deal with it.
Why do we focus on communication? Here at Well Presented we believe that the quality of your communication determines the quality of your business. We are all constantly building relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues. Every call you make, every letter or email that you send, every presentation that you give and every conversation that you have impacts on your business in some way.
If you struggle to understand your suppliers or get your customers to understand you then you are heading for trouble. Likewise if you and your colleagues communicate poorly the possibilities for costly mistakes are endless.
Doesn’t it make sense to develop skills that make sure that you get the best from your communication?
So, here at Well Presented we have developed a range of courses that will improve your communication skills whether that be as a presenter, manager or team member. We are also constantly developing new courses to help your business improve through excellent communication.
Look out for news on more courses to be released later this year.
So, if you haven’t already, sign up for our regular newsletter, full of useful communication hints and tips and be the first to find out about new courses.
I look forward to working with you and helping you to become Well Presented.

Stephen Hendren
